Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To accommodate this, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or rescheduling requests (less than 24 hours before your appointment) will incur a $30.00 cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice will also be charged the same fee. Please note that all services are non-refundable, and all product sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and provide quality service to all our clients. If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us directly. We may, at our discretion, waive the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
