
Breathwork & Moving Meditation
This session begins with guided breathing techniques to calm the mind and elevate your energy, similar to a gentle kundalini practice. Next, we focus on areas of the body that may hold stagnant energy, using light tapping to help release tension and dissolve blockages. We then transition into Moving Meditation—a transformative blend of free-form movement, supportive music, and mindfulness. This practice invites a deep connection with your body, helping to free stored emotions and guide you into a natural flow of freedom and self-expression. For centuries, dance-like movement has served as a sacred practice, bridging the physical and the spiritual and harmonizing the body’s energy.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may be unable to attend the class you’ve booked. If possible, please cancel your class at least 2 hours prior through your account. This thoughtful gesture helps others who may be on the waiting list. If you’re unable to access your account for any reason, please feel free to reach out to us via email, text, or phone, and we’ll be happy to assist you with rescheduling. Just a kind reminder: While we don't offer refunds, we’re always happy to help you reschedule and find a new time to join us. Our waiting list opens 2 hours before the class once we’ve received all cancellations. Available spots will be offered to those on the waiting list one by one, with a 15-minute window to register before moving to the next person.
