
Dance Healing Meditation
This experience begins with guided breathwork designed to calm the mind, awaken the body, and elevate your energy — inspired by kundalini-style practices. We then focus on areas of the body that may hold stagnant or blocked energy, using light tapping techniques to encourage release, relaxation, and energetic flow. From there, the session unfolds into Dance Healing Meditation — a transformative blend of intuitive movement, uplifting music, and mindful presence. In this safe and supportive space, you are invited to move freely, reconnect with your body, release stored emotions, and awaken a deeper sense of freedom, confidence, and self-expression. Throughout the experience, our skilled practitioner may move around the space, supporting energetic release through sacred instruments, sound, or voice guidance to deepen the process and enhance your connection. For centuries, movement and dance have been used as sacred healing practices to restore balance between the physical, emotional, and spiritual self. You may leave feeling lighter, energized, emotionally refreshed, and deeply connected to yourself.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may be unable to attend the class you’ve booked. If possible, please cancel your class at least 2 hours prior through your account. This thoughtful gesture helps others who may be on the waiting list. If you’re unable to access your account for any reason, please feel free to reach out to us via email, text, or phone, and we’ll be happy to assist you with rescheduling. Just a kind reminder: While we don't offer refunds, we’re always happy to help you reschedule and find a new time to join us. Our waiting list opens 2 hours before the class once we’ve received all cancellations. Available spots will be offered to those on the waiting list one by one, with a 15-minute window to register before moving to the next person.
