We begin with breathing techniques and meditation to center the mind. Then, we gently address areas of the body holding stagnant energy, helping release tension and blockages. Finally, we transition into Dance Meditation, a transformative movement practice that combines dance, music, and meditation. This session encourages a deep connection with your body, freeing stored energy, and guiding you into a flow state of freedom and self-expression. Dance, for centuries, has been a sacred practice—connecting the physical and spiritual, and harmonizing with the body’s energy.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may be unable to attend the class you’ve booked. If possible, please cancel your class at least 2 hours prior through your account. This thoughtful gesture helps others who may be on the waiting list. If you’re unable to access your account for any reason, please feel free to reach out to us via email, text, or phone, and we’ll be happy to assist you with rescheduling. Just a kind reminder: While we don't offer refunds, we’re always happy to help you reschedule and find a new time to join us. Our waiting list opens 2 hours before the class once we’ve received all cancellations. Available spots will be offered to those on the waiting list one by one, with a 15-minute window to register before moving to the next person.
