Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance through your account. If you’re unable to access your account, feel free to call, text, or email us — we’ll gladly help you cancel or reschedule. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re always happy to help you find another time that works for you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation — your support helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and provide the best care for all our clients.

Please be advised that the sessions and classes offered by Malina Portals LLC are provided solely for entertainment purposes. All individual healing sessions are confidential and conducted based on the participant's free will and personal choice. To secure your private appointment, please confirm your booking at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late will be canceled. Please note:that all services, classes, events and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable. And all product sales are final. By booking a session or class, you agree to these terms and conditions.
