Sound Bath & Wellness Program for Schools and Colleges Program Overview for Students Our sound healing sessions are thoughtfully designed to be flexible, engaging, and age-appropriate for students at every educational level. Programs can be offered as one-time experiences or as a series of integrated sessions tailored to support classroom learning, after-school programs, wellness initiatives, or special school events. Students are introduced to the calming and restorative effects of sound through a unique combination of guided relaxation and hands-on exploration of sound instruments such as gongs and singing bowls. Our sound bath and guided meditation sessions are designed specifically for teachers, administrators, and school staff to help restore balance and promote overall wellness. These restorative sessions support staff by helping to: • Reduce stress and prevent burnout

 • Encourage team connection and a supportive workplace culture By investing in both student and educator well-being, schools can cultivate a healthier, more balanced learning environment for the entire community. These sessions can be hosted in our beautiful, calming studio, which comfortably accommodates groups of up to 20 participants. We also offer on-site programs at your school or campus, where we can facilitate sessions for groups ranging from 20 to 500 participants, depending on the format and space available. We have experience hosting Girl Scouts groups in our studio and visiting schools to lead wellness sessions directly in the classroom. You may also find it reassuring to know that Anna holds a university degree in Biology and was originally trained as a biology teacher, bringing a thoughtful educational perspective to each program.
