Every sound healing experience is unique. Whether you're attending a Multi-Gong Sound Bath at Malina Portals or exploring sound healing for the first time, your journey will unfold in the way your mind and body need most in that moment.
As you settle into the soothing vibrations of Symphonic Gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and other healing instruments, many people experience a profound sense of relaxation. As the body begins to unwind, breathing often becomes slower and deeper, allowing the nervous system to shift into a more restful state.
Some people remain fully aware throughout the session, while others enter a deep meditative or dreamlike state, and some even fall asleep. All of these experiences are completely natural. During this time, you may notice vivid imagery, colors, memories, creative ideas, or moments of clarity and insight.
You may also become aware of gentle physical sensations such as warmth, coolness, tingling, pulsing, waves of vibration, or a feeling of lightness throughout the body. Every person's experience is different, and there is no right or wrong way to experience sound healing.
For some, the session may also bring emotions gently to the surface. This is a natural part of the process for many people and can simply be an opportunity to acknowledge and release feelings that may have been held for some time. If this happens, allow yourself to observe the experience with kindness and without judgment.
Most importantly, there is nothing you need to do during the session except relax and receive. Trust the process, stay open to your own experience, and allow the sound and vibration to guide you toward a place of greater calm, balance, and inner awareness.
We invite you to simply be present and enjoy the journey.
