A little witchcraft, a little self-care, and a beautiful invitation to let go and begin again. Enter a cozy autumn sanctuary where warm aromas, candlelight, sound, and the energy of the season create space to pause and reconnect with yourself. You’ll craft your own autumn simmer pot using herbs and spices traditionally associated with protection, intuition, abundance, and remembrance, while setting a personal intention for the season ahead. We’ll then move into guided relaxation and acupressure to help release physical and energetic tension, accompanied by the beautiful tones of singing bowls and gongs to lead you through a journey of your own magic. We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may be unable to attend the class you’ve booked. If possible, please cancel your class at least 2 hours prior through your account.
