Reiki Level I is the beginning of your journey into the beautiful practice of Usui Reiki. This foundational training introduces you to the principles of energy healing while helping you deepen your connection to your inner balance and well-being. During this immersive experience, you will learn how to work with universal life-force energy to support self-healing, relaxation, and emotional harmony. Reiki Level I focuses on personal healing and developing awareness of the body’s subtle energy system. Through guided instruction, meditation, and hands-on practice, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to practice Reiki on yourself and begin sharing it with others.
